Picking a gift for an admin prog coord
An administrative program coordinator is the person who knows where everything is and who needs to be told what, usually before anyone else has noticed a problem. They run the calendar, chase the signatures, field the questions, and keep a program moving while other people take the credit. Gifts for them tend to go wrong when they're generic or when they're a joke about paperwork. What lands is something that says you see the work. A tee for the casual Friday that actually gets worn, a hoodie for the office where someone always controls the thermostat, a mug that stays on their desk and is clearly theirs. Type the title exactly the way it appears on their email signature, or shorten it to something they'd actually say out loud. Add their name or the program they run on the second line if the design has one. If you're buying for a whole office, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name and size.
Admin Prog Coord gift questions
How should I write the title on the design?
Type it however they'd write it themselves, whether that's the full Administrative Program Coordinator or a shorter version. The preview updates as you type, so you can check how it fits before you order.
Can I add their name or program under the title?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a department, or a program. Open a design and type it in. If a design doesn't have one, try another from the page.
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April, within Administrative Professionals Week. It's a common time to give a gift, so plan ahead if you're ordering for a group.
Is this a good gift from a team or a boss?
It works well because it's personal without being awkward. Pair a mug or tee with their name, and if several people are chipping in, the Team Shop lets you order matching pieces for the whole office.
What sizes do the admin prog coord shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an admin prog coord gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
