Picking a gift for an admin secretary
The admin secretary is usually the person who knows where everything is, who needs to sign what, and which printer jams on Fridays. They keep calendars from collapsing, field the calls nobody else wants, and hold a whole office's loose ends in their head. Thanks tend to come in the form of a card signed by people who barely noticed the work all year, so a gift that says you did notice goes a long way. Pick something they'll actually use at the desk or on the commute: a mug that stays on their side of the break room, a tee for casual Friday, a hoodie for the office that's always too cold. Add their name, or tweak the second line with their title, their department or the year they started. Administrative Professionals Day falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April, and it's a natural time to order, along with work anniversaries and retirements.
Admin Secretary gift questions
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April each year. Plenty of offices mark the whole week, so order a little early if you're buying for a team gift.
Can I put a specific title on it, like office manager or executive assistant?
Yes. Type any title into the text box or the second line, and the preview updates. It's worth doing if the role isn't strictly admin secretary.
What's a good gift for a retiring secretary?
A mug or hoodie with their name and years of service on it. It's something they'll use at home long after the desk is cleared out.
Can the whole office chip in on one gift?
Yes. Choose one design in the Team Shop, paste each coworker's name, and pick sizes. Each shirt prints with its own name, so the group gets matching tees.
What sizes do the admin secretary shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an admin secretary gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
