Picking a gift for an administration intern
An administration intern is usually the person who knows where everything is by week three: the supply closet, the shared drive, which printer jams and which one doesn't. The work is mostly behind the scenes, scheduling, filing, answering the phones, building the spreadsheet nobody asked for until it was due yesterday. It's also an audition for a first real job, so a small thank-you at the end of a summer or semester means more than you'd expect. A tee or hoodie with their title, their name, or the office or department they worked in turns a temporary badge into something they'll keep. Add the year to mark the internship. If you're the supervisor or a coworker, a mug for the desk makes a good goodbye gift, and it's far easier to pass around for signatures than a card. Interns often start in groups, so a matching set for the whole cohort works too.
Administration Intern gift questions
Can I change the title to something like Office Intern or Admin Assistant Intern?
Yes. Type any wording you like into the text box and the preview updates. That works for Office Intern, Executive Assistant Intern, or the exact title on their badge.
What should I put on the second line?
Many designs have a second line. A name, the company or department, or the internship year all work well. Keep it short so it prints cleanly, and check the preview before you order.
What's a good thank-you gift for an intern at the end of a program?
Something small and personal that they'll actually use, like a name mug or a tee with the year on it. It marks the experience without being awkward or over the top.
Can I order the same design for a whole team of interns?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with that person's own name.
What sizes do the administration intern shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an administration intern gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
