Picking a gift for an administration internship
An administration internship is often someone's first real office job, and it's a lot more than coffee runs. They answer phones, sort the mail, schedule meetings, update spreadsheets and learn who in the building actually knows where everything is. It's a short stretch, usually a summer or a semester, and it can shape what they decide to do next. The gifts that land are the ones that mark the milestone without making a big deal of it. A comfortable tee for casual Fridays, a hoodie for the over-air-conditioned office, a mug for the desk they've just claimed as their own. Put their name on it, or add the semester or the year they did it, and it becomes a keepsake of their first step into the working world. If you're buying for a whole intern class, one shared design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a nice end-of-program thank-you.
Administration Internship gift questions
Can I put the semester or year on an administration internship shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can add Summer 2025, Spring Semester or whatever fits. The preview updates as you type.
Is a shirt a good gift for someone starting an internship?
It can be. A tee or hoodie with their name or the year on it marks the start without being formal, and they can wear it long after the internship ends.
Can I change the wording to a specific department?
Yes. Type the word you want into the text box, such as office administration, HR or marketing, and the design updates so you can check it before ordering.
Can I order for a group of interns?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the administration internship shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an administration internship gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.

- A hoodie for the cold officeOffices run cold, and interns rarely get a say in the thermostat. A hoodie with administration intern and the year on it is practical and doubles as a souvenir.
