Picking a gift for an administrative assistant
An administrative assistant is the person who knows where everything is. The calendar, the supply closet, the one login nobody else remembers, the way to get a yes out of a busy executive at 4:55 on a Friday. It's a job that keeps everyone else on schedule, and it doesn't always get the credit. A gift that says so out loud lands well. Think of something useful and a little funny that fits office life: a mug that stays on the desk through every meeting, a soft tee for casual Friday, a hoodie for the office that's always set to arctic. Make it theirs by adding their name, or the title they actually earn in practice, like Office Manager, Executive Assistant or Queen of the Calendar. Administrative Professionals Day falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April, and that's when most people order, so plan a few weeks ahead. If you're buying for a whole front office, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name.
Administrative Assistant gift questions
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It's observed on the Wednesday of the last full week of April. Order a few weeks early if you're buying for a whole team so everything arrives before the day.
Can I put a specific title on the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a title or name, so you can type Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Receptionist or anything else, and the preview updates as you type.
What's a good gift for an assistant from a whole department?
One design for everyone works well. Use the Team Shop to print the same design with each person's name, or give the assistant a mug that everyone signs off on.
Can I change the wording to say secretary or office coordinator?
Yes. Type whatever title they use into the text box. Job titles vary a lot from office to office, so use the one they'd actually recognize as theirs.
What sizes do the administrative assistant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an administrative assistant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
