Picking a gift for an administrative fellow
An administrative fellow is somewhere between student and executive, and the year is demanding. They're rotating through departments, shadowing leaders, sitting in on meetings they'd never been invited to before, and usually finishing a big project on top of it. Most work in a hospital or health system, which means long days, a lot of walking between buildings and not much downtime. The gifts that fit are the ones that make a long year feel like theirs. A tee or hoodie with their title and the fellowship year marks the milestone without making them wear a blazer. A mug on the desk gets them through early rounds and late reports. Add their name, their organization's department, or the year they started, and it's clearly made for them. If you're buying for a whole cohort, a matching design with each fellow's name on their own shirt works well for a send-off or a final presentation.
Administrative Fellow gift questions
Can I add the fellowship year or the organization?
Many designs have a second line. Type the year, a department or the organization's name there, and the preview updates so you can check the spacing.
What's a good gift for finishing a fellowship?
A hoodie or tee with the title and the years they served. It marks the end of a demanding year, and they'll wear it long after the final project is handed in.
Can I put their name on the design instead of the title?
Yes. Replace the word with their name, or use the name on the second line and keep the title above it.
Can I order the same design for a whole fellowship cohort?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the administrative fellow shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an administrative fellow gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
