Picking a gift for an administrative office manager
An administrative office manager is the person who knows where everything is, who needs what by Friday, and why the printer is doing that again. They keep the schedules, the supplies, the vendors and the people running, and most of the time the only thanks they get is a quiet office. That's what makes a gift for them land: it says somebody noticed. Keep it useful and a little funny. A mug for the desk they never get to leave, a hoodie for the office that's always too cold, a tee for casual Friday. Put their title on it, or add their name or the company's nickname on a second line, so it reads as theirs and not a generic office joke. Administrative Professionals Day falls on the Wednesday of the last full week of April, and it's the natural moment, along with work anniversaries, promotions and the holidays. If a whole team is chipping in, the Team Shop makes matching shirts easy.
Administrative Office Manager gift questions
Can I change the title to Office Manager or something shorter?
Yes. Type any wording into the text box and the preview updates. Office Manager, Admin Boss or their exact job title all work, so you can match what's on their email signature.
When is Administrative Professionals Day?
It's observed on the Wednesday of the last full week of April. It's a good time to give a gift, though promotions, work anniversaries and the holidays all work too.
Can I add their name or the company name to a design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a team or a place. Open a design and type it in to see how it looks before you order.
Can several coworkers chip in on one gift?
Yes. Choose a mug, tee or hoodie, personalize it once, and sign a card from the group. If you want shirts for the whole team, the Team Shop takes a list of names.
What sizes do the administrative office manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an administrative office manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
