Picking a gift for an aerial lineman
Aerial linemen spend their days a hundred feet up, working on energized lines in heat, ice and wind, and then they climb down and do it again when the storm hits and the lights go out for everybody else. It's work most people never think about until the power's off. So a gift that says you do think about it goes a long way. The shirts and hoodies that get worn are the ones that sound like the trade: lineman, journeyman, apprentice, or the local number they proudly carry. Type in their name, their crew, or the year they topped out of their apprenticeship, and it becomes theirs instead of something off a rack. A dark tee hides the grease and dust of a long week, a hoodie handles pre-dawn callouts, and a sturdy mug rides along in the truck. If you're shopping for a whole crew, the Team Shop prints one design with each guy's name on his own shirt.
Aerial Lineman gift questions
Can I put journeyman, apprentice or a local number on the design?
Yes. Type it into the text box or the second line, wherever the design has room. The preview updates as you type, so you can check the spacing before you order.
What's a good gift for someone finishing a lineman apprenticeship?
A hoodie or tee with their name and the year they topped out. It marks years of climbing, classes and long hours, and they'll wear it well beyond the celebration.
Are there designs for lineman kids?
Yes. Kids tees and a baby onesie are available, so a lineman's little ones can match dad or mom. Use the product filter to see which designs come in kids sizes.
Can I order shirts for a whole crew?
Yes. In the Team Shop, choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the aerial lineman shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an aerial lineman gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
