Picking a gift for an alliance director
An alliance director spends the day connecting people who don't report to each other: partner organizations, community groups, funders, coalitions. The work is relationships, long email threads and meetings that need a steady hand. Recognition tends to be quiet, so a gift that says you see what they build lands well. Think of what their week looks like: back-to-back calls, a conference or two, a coalition meeting where they're the one holding the room together. A mug for the desk, a tee for casual Fridays, a hoodie for the airport. Add the name of their alliance or coalition on the second line and it stops being generic and becomes theirs. If you're shopping for a whole team, one design with each person's name makes a thoughtful thank-you after a big launch, a successful grant cycle or a milestone year. Directors also change jobs and retire, so a send-off gift with their title and years of service goes a long way.
Alliance Director gift questions
Can I add the name of their alliance or coalition?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the alliance name, a region or a year there. The preview updates as you type so you can check the fit.
Is there a design that works for a retirement or farewell gift?
Yes. Pick a design you like and add their name and years of service, or the year they stepped down, on the second line. A mug or hoodie suits a send-off well.
Can I order the same design for my whole alliance staff?
Yes. In the Team Shop, pick one design, paste a list of names and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Should I use alliance director or a different title?
Type whatever title they actually use. If theirs is executive director, program director or coalition coordinator, enter that instead and the design will update.
What sizes do the alliance director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an alliance director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
