Gifts from Alpena
Alpena is a small city on the shore of Lake Huron in northeastern Michigan, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. A shirt with Alpena on it is how a former resident or a current one shows where they're from, whether that's at a reunion, a summer weekend on the water, or a trip back to see family. Because it's a smaller place, a local name on a shirt often gets a second look from someone who knows it, which is part of the fun. A hoodie works well for the cooler months when lake wind picks up, and a mug suits the person who misses home over coffee. For a gift, think about what Alpena means to them specifically: the lake, a school they went to, the people they still call on Sundays. Type the city into the text box and check the live preview, then use the second line for a year, a school or a nickname if the design has space for one.
