Picking a gift for an alumni relations coordinator
An alumni relations coordinator spends the year keeping thousands of graduates feeling like they still belong somewhere. They plan reunion weekends, chase down RSVPs, run homecoming tables, write the class notes, and answer the same email about lost transcripts with endless patience. The work is part events, part fundraising, part friendship, and most of it happens at tables, tents and registration desks where they're on their feet and talking all day. So the gifts that land are practical and a little funny: a tee comfortable enough for a long homecoming Saturday, a hoodie for the chilly early-morning setup, a mug that survives the office coffee run. Add their name, or put their title on the second line so the whole thing reads as theirs. If you're buying for the whole advancement office, one shared design with each person's name is an easy way to say thanks after a big event season.
Alumni Relations Coordinator gift questions
Can I put their job title on the shirt?
Yes. Type alumni relations coordinator into the text box, or use a shorter version like Alumni Relations on a second line. The preview shows how it fits before you order.
Can I add a class year or a school name?
You can type any text you like, including a graduating class year or the name of the school. It's just your own words printed in the design, so there's no official school branding involved.
Is there a good gift for a whole alumni office?
A matching tee or hoodie for the team works well. Use the Team Shop to order one design with each person's name, and time it before homecoming or reunion season if you can.
What if the title is too long for the design?
Try a shorter form such as Alumni Relations or just their name with Alumni on the second line. The live preview updates as you type, so you can adjust until it looks right.
What sizes do the alumni relations coordinator shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an alumni relations coordinator gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
