Gifts from Amma
Amma is a city word, and it's one that people often read two ways. In Kerala and parts of South India, amma means mother, and it's the word a lot of families use every day. Amma is also a city, which is why this page covers designs for a place rather than a person. Whichever meaning fits your recipient, the gift should reflect what they care about. For someone who grew up calling a mother Amma, a shirt or mug with the word on it can carry real feeling. For someone who loves the city itself, a design that puts Amma on a hoodie or tee is a way to show where they're from or where they want to be. Make it theirs by adding a second line with a neighborhood, a year or a nickname, and check the preview to see how it sits on the product.
