Picking a gift for an apartment supervisor
An apartment supervisor is the person residents call at seven on a Saturday morning when the hot water quits, and the one who somehow fixes it before the coffee is ready. They juggle maintenance tickets, move-ins and move-outs, lease questions, and the building's unwritten rules about who parks where. A gift that acknowledges that daily juggling tends to land well. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear on the grounds, and a mug gives them a spot to take a break between calls. To make it theirs, add the building or complex name on a second line, or their own name, so it's clearly the shirt of the person who keeps the place running. Apartment supervisors often work long, unpredictable hours and don't get many thank-yous, so a personal gift often means more than its price suggests.
Apartment Supervisor gift questions
Can I add the building name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a building, complex or property name. Type it in and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Are there designs for kids or babies?
Some designs come as kids tees and a baby onesie. Use the product filter to see which ones are available for this title.
Can I order shirts for the whole maintenance team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Can I write their name on the mug instead of the title?
Yes. Replace the title with their first name or a short phrase, and the mug updates in the preview before you order.
What sizes do the apartment supervisor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an apartment supervisor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
