Picking a gift for an appeals manager
Appeals managers work the stretch of a claim or case after the first decision, when someone has said no and the file has to be reopened, reviewed and argued. It's detail-heavy work with tight deadlines and a lot of letters that have to be right, and the people who do it tend to be the ones who keep the paperwork straight for everyone else. A gift that acknowledges that lands well: a tee or hoodie for the commute and the weekend, or a mug for the desk where the reviews get written. Put their job title on it so it reads as theirs, and add a name or a team line if you want it more personal. Appeals teams often work closely together through long review cycles, so one design for the whole group makes a thoughtful end-of-project or holiday gift. Most people in this role are glad someone noticed what they actually do.
Appeals Manager gift questions
Can I add a team or department name to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the team, department or unit name there and the preview will update so you can check it before ordering.
Is there a version for kids in the family who want to copy their parent?
Yes. Kids tees and baby onesies come in several designs. Use the product filter to find the ones that match the appeals manager design you like.
Can I order one design for a whole appeals team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the appeals manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an appeals manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
