Picking a gift for an application support technician
Application support technicians keep software running for people who never think about the software until it breaks. They pick up tickets, walk users through login problems, track down the bug that only shows up on Tuesdays, and keep the release notes straight at two in the afternoon. The job is mostly patience and detective work, so a gift that acknowledges the actual work lands better than a generic tech joke. A tee with the title on the front and the team or product they support on the second line tells them you know what their days look like. A mug for the desk is useful and a little funny, since they're likely drinking coffee through the escalations. A hoodie suits the long remote days and late-night deploy windows. Type their exact title into the text box, or shorten it to App Support Tech if the full phrase won't fit, and check the live preview before you order.
Application Support Technician gift questions
Can I shorten the job title on a shirt?
Yes. Type App Support Tech or Application Support if the full title is too long for the design. The preview shows how it will look before you order.
Can I add their team or the product they support?
Many designs have a second line. Type the team name or product there so the gift reflects the work they do day to day.
What is a good gift for someone who just started in application support?
A mug or tee with their title and start year makes a nice first-day or new-job gift. It's useful at work and easy to wear on the weekend.
What sizes do the application support technician shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an application support technician gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
