Picking a gift for an architectural designer
Architectural designers spend their days turning sketches into buildings, juggling client changes, code requirements and drawings that have to make sense to a contractor on a muddy site. They often work long hours at a drafting table or in front of a screen, and many carry a rolled set of plans wherever they go. A gift that acknowledges the craft lands well: a tee for the studio on a Friday, a hoodie for the site visit in the cold, or a mug for the first coffee before the morning review. Adding a line under the title, such as the firm name or the year they got licensed, makes the piece feel like theirs rather than a generic job shirt. Their credential is worth naming too. If you're not sure which one they hold, write their credential or simply leave the second line for the firm. Architects and designers tend to appreciate something with clean typography and room to breathe, the same way they judge a good building.
Architectural Designer gift questions
Can I add their name or firm to the design?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a firm or a year. Open the design you like and type it in. The preview shows how it will look before you order.
Is architectural designer a title they would use on the job?
It's a common way people describe the role, but titles vary between firms. If their official title is different, such as architect or designer, you can type that instead.
What is a good gift for an architectural designer who is starting a new job?
A hoodie or tee with their role and the year they started makes a useful, personal gift for the first weeks in a new office.
Can I order matching shirts for everyone on their design team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the team's names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the architectural designer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an architectural designer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
