Picking a gift for an athletic director
An athletic director runs the whole sports program for a school, which means they're juggling schedules, bus rides, referees, budgets and parents at the same time. Most of their day happens on the sidelines and in the front office, and the people who work with them tend to notice the small things they do, like remembering every team's record or showing up to the late-season games. A gift that reflects that work lands well. A tee or hoodie for the spring season, a mug for the office where the phone never stops, or a shirt for the whole coaching staff all say you see what they do. Put their title on the front and the school or program name in the second line so it feels like theirs. Athletic directors are often busiest in late summer when fall sports start and in late spring when seasons wrap up, so ordering a few weeks ahead helps.
Athletic Director gift questions
Can I add the school or program name to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so type the school or program name there and check the preview before you order.
Can I order shirts for a whole athletics staff?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person.
What's a good gift for a retiring athletic director?
A mug or hoodie with their title and the years they served works well, since it marks the end of the job and keeps the memory.
What sizes do the athletic director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an athletic director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
