Gifts from Atmautluak
Atmautluak is a small village on the Kuskokwim River delta in western Alaska, where life runs on subsistence fishing, hunting and close family ties. A person from there may have left for school or work in Anchorage or Seattle, but the village is the place they still call home. A shirt or mug with the village name is a way to carry that home with them, whether they're a longtime resident or someone whose heart stayed behind. Since the village is small, it's worth checking the preview carefully to see how the name sits on each product before you order. Add a second line with a family name, a year they lived there, or a line of their own choosing to make the gift specifically theirs.
