Picking a gift for an audio video tech
An audio video tech spends a lot of time on their feet in dim rooms, running cable, racking gear and sorting out a microphone that cut out five minutes before the keynote. They're the person who notices the projector is a shade too warm and fixes it before anyone complains, and most of their work gets noticed only when it goes wrong. A gift that acknowledges that quiet competence tends to land well. A soft tee works for load-ins and long event days, a hoodie helps in the cold loading dock or the chilly ballroom, and a mug is the thing that goes with them through the first coffee of a six a.m. call. Type their job title into the text box, then add a second line for a company name, a venue or a crew they run with, and the design becomes theirs instead of a generic label. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a simple way to say you see the work they do.
Audio Video Tech gift questions
Can I add a company name or venue under the job title?
Many designs have a second line. Type the company, venue or crew name there and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a design for a kids or baby version of this word?
Yes, there are kids tees and a baby onesie for this word. The kids options are more limited than the adult ones, so check the product filter for what's available.
What's a good gift for someone who just started in AV?
A tee or mug with their title and start year is a nice way to mark the beginning. It's useful for the job and easy to wear to the first few gigs.
What sizes do the audio video tech shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an audio video tech gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
