Picking a gift for an audio visual supervisor
An audio visual supervisor is the person who keeps the room working: they set up the projectors, mics and streaming gear before the event, and they're the one fixing the HDMI cable at the last minute when the slides won't come up. Most of their job happens behind the scenes, so a gift that shows you noticed the work tends to land well. A tee or dark tee with their title on it is a fun one for the conference or install days when they're on a ladder. A hoodie is useful for the cold, cable-filled load-ins in rooms that never seem to be warm. A mug with their title is the kind of thing that sits on the AV desk and gets used every morning. You can add a second line with their company's short name or their years in the trade to make it feel personal to them.
Audio Visual Supervisor gift questions
Can I add their company or a number of years to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line you can use for a company name, an abbreviation or a year. Type it in and check the preview before you order.
Is audio visual supervisor a common job title?
It's used in event production, schools, houses of worship and corporate AV teams. Some people go by audio visual manager or AV lead, so you may want to match whatever title they use on their badge.
Are there matching shirts for an AV crew?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste the names of the crew, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the audio visual supervisor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an audio visual supervisor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
