Picking a gift for an auto tech
Auto techs spend their days under hoods and on creepers, with grease in the knuckles and a diagnostic scanner always within reach. The gifts that land are the ones that fit that life: a tee that holds up to a shop rag, a hoodie for the cold bay, a mug for the coffee that goes cold on the lift. An auto tech probably already owns plenty of shirts from parts suppliers, so the one that sticks is the one with their own job title on it. Type auto tech into the text box, or add a shop name or a specialty on the second line, and the preview shows how it will look before you order. For a whole shop crew, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better shop gift than another round of donuts.
Auto Tech gift questions
Can I add a specialty or shop name to an auto tech shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type a specialty like diesel, transmissions or brakes, or the shop name, and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
What's a good gift for someone just starting out as an auto tech?
A hoodie or tee with their name and the year they started is a practical gift that also marks the milestone. It's something they'll wear in the shop for years.
Can I order shirts for my whole shop?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the auto tech shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an auto tech gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
