Picking a gift for an automotive technology instructor
An automotive technology instructor spends the day under hoods and in front of a whiteboard, teaching students to diagnose a no-start, read a scan tool and tell a bad sensor from a bad wire. Most of them came up through the trade themselves, so they know the grease, the early mornings and the moment a student finally gets a timing light right. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land. A tee for the shop floor, a hoodie for cold bays and a mug for the coffee they drink before the first class all fit the job. Put their title on the design, and if you know the program or the level they teach, like high school auto shop or a community college diesel course, add it on the second line. Keep the text plain and the details accurate, because a shop teacher will notice a wrong term right away.
Automotive Technology Instructor gift questions
What text should I put under the job title?
Many designs have a second line for a name, a program or a course. Use it for their school program or subject if you know it, such as diesel or collision repair. If you're unsure, leave it blank or add their name.
Is this a good gift for a retiring shop teacher?
Yes. A tee or mug with their title and a name makes a practical keepsake that recalls their years in the classroom and shop.
Can I get the same design for a whole auto tech department?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste a list of names and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the automotive technology instructor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does an automotive technology instructor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
