Gifts from Beacon
Beacon is a small city on the Hudson River in New York's Hudson Valley, across from Newburgh, known for its old mill buildings and a waterfront that's become a weekend destination for people who live in New York City and want a quieter trip upriver. Beacon also has a reputation for being a place where artists and families settle, and a Beacon shirt is a fine way to mark that. Someone who grew up there, or moved there for the galleries and the train ride to the city, will recognize the name right away. For a gift that lands, add a detail only locals would appreciate, like a neighborhood name or the year they moved in, then pick the product they'll actually reach for. A dark tee works for everyday wear, a hoodie for the chilly river walks, and a mug for the morning coffee routine. For a new resident or a former local living elsewhere, the name alone can be a small reminder of home.
Beacon gift questions
Can I add a neighborhood or year to a Beacon design?
Many designs have a second line. Type a neighborhood, a street, or the year they moved in there, and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a Beacon design for a child?
Yes. Kids tees, kids dark tees and baby onesies are all available for the word Beacon. Use the product filter to see them together.
Can I order Beacon shirts for a group?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to pick one design, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Is Beacon the same as the Beacon in other states?
Several places share the name, so if the person you're shopping for is from a different Beacon, type the location into the second line to make it clear.
What sizes do the beacon shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Beacon gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
