Picking a gift for a bid writer
A bid writer is the person who turns a project into a document that wins the contract. They spend long days reading specifications, pulling numbers together, and racing a deadline that doesn't move, often for construction, government or nonprofit work. The gifts that land are the ones that acknowledge that grind. A tee for the commute or the weekend, a hoodie for the cold office that always runs the air conditioning too hard, a mug for the coffee that fuels the last push before submission. Put the title on it, bid writer, and add their company or a year if you know it. That turns a generic job shirt into one that's clearly theirs. If you're buying for a whole proposal team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which makes a better thank-you after a big win than another lunch order.
Bid Writer gift questions
Can I add a company name or year under bid writer?
Yes. Many designs have a second line. Type the company, a year or a team name there and check the preview before you order.
Is bid writer a common job title?
It's used in government contracting, construction and nonprofit fundraising, and people in the role may also be called proposal writers. Either title works if you want to match their own wording.
What's a good gift after a big contract win?
A hoodie or tee with the win's year or the project name works well. It marks the moment they earned it and reads as personal rather than generic.
What sizes do the bid writer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a bid writer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
