Gifts from Bitely
Bitely isn't a city I can confidently describe, and I'd rather not guess at its streets, landmarks or local character. What I can say is that a city name on a shirt or mug is usually for someone who's proud of where they live or where they're from, the person who wears the hometown tee to the grocery store and tells everyone who asks. Think about who you're shopping for: a longtime resident, someone who moved away, or a new arrival still learning the place. Each would want something a little different. A dark tee with the city name suits someone who's always out and about. A hoodie is the practical pick for a cold-weather town. A mug works for the one who misses home every morning. If you know a neighborhood, street or year that matters to them, add it on the second line of the design so the shirt is theirs and not just a generic city souvenir.
Bitely gift questions
Can I add a neighborhood or street to the shirt?
Yes. Most designs have a second line, so you can type a neighborhood, street or year there. The live preview shows how it will look before you order.
Which products come in a Bitely design?
Bitely designs are available as light and dark tees, kids tees, baby onesies, hoodies and 11 oz mugs. Kids and baby options have fewer designs, so check the product filter.
Can I put a name on the shirt along with the city?
Yes. Many designs have room for a name on the second line, which makes a good gift for someone who's known around town.
Can I order for several people at once?
Yes. The Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste a list of names, with a size picked for each person.
What sizes do the bitely shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Bitely gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
