Gifts from Blodgett
Blodgett is a surname, and it's also the name of a place: Blodgett is a small community-style name that people tend to recognize from family histories and local connections rather than from a famous landmark. Since the word is best known as a family name, the gift that lands best is one that makes it feel like theirs. A tee or hoodie with Blodgett across the chest is the everyday version, something worn to the store or on a weekend run. A mug works for the kitchen table, where a family name tends to get noticed. For a newborn, a baby onesie with the name is a simple way to start a family line on paper. If you're buying for a relative who has moved away or a reunion where a lot of people share the name, a shirt with Blodgett and the year or a place they're from makes the gift feel personal rather than generic.
