Picking a gift for a bodhrán player
Bodhrán players tend to be the heartbeat of a session, the one tapping out the rhythm in the corner of a pub, a kitchen or a living room while the fiddles and whistles trade tunes. They know the drum is a frame of goatskin and wood that you play with a tipper, and they've heard every joke about it. Gifts that land with them are the ones that speak to the music itself. A tee for the next session, a hoodie for the drive home from a festival, a mug for the morning after a long night of reels and jigs. Make it theirs by typing bodhrán player on the main line and adding their name, the name of their session or band, or the town where they play every week. If you're shopping for the whole group, a matching design with everyone's name keeps the band looking like a band. It also works well for a St. Patrick's Day gig in March, when they're busier than anyone.
Bodhrán Player gift questions
How do I type bodhrán with the accent?
You can type it with the accent, bodhrán, or without it, bodhran. Both work in the text box, and the preview shows exactly how it'll print before you order.
Can I add a band or session name?
Many designs have a second line. Use it for the name of the band, the session, the pub or the town where they play.
Are there designs for a kid who's learning the bodhrán?
Yes. Some designs come as kids tees in light and dark. Use the product filter to see them, then add the young player's name.
Can I make shirts for a whole group of musicians?
Yes. In the Team Shop, pick one design, paste a list of names, and choose a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the bodhrán player shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a bodhrán player gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
