Gifts from Boothbay
Boothbay is a small town on the Maine coast, the kind of place where people know the harbor, the lobster boats and the summer crowds that arrive every July. A gift for someone from Boothbay, or someone who loves it, works best when it points at that coastal life. A tee for a day on the water, a hoodie for the chilly evenings when the fog rolls in, or a mug for the morning coffee on the porch can all carry the town's name. Because Boothbay is a specific place, it's worth knowing a little about the person you're buying for. Are they a year-round local, a summer regular, or someone who left and misses it? Put the town name on the main line, then use the second line for a street, a harbor or a year they spent there. That turns a souvenir into something that belongs to them.
