Gifts from Bronte
Bronte is a small town in Sydney's east, famous to some for its curving beach, its ocean pool, and the cliff walk along the coast. It's also a name with literary roots, after the Brontë sisters, so a Bronte shirt can mean something different to every buyer. For someone who grew up near the beach or who still swims there when they visit home, a tee or hoodie with the place name is a way of saying where they belong. For a reader who loves the novels, the spelling and the sisters' history might be the better hook. You can type Bronte into the text box and see how it looks on a light or dark tee, a kids shirt, a onesie, a hoodie or a mug. Add a second line if you want a street, a surf club, or a year they moved back, and the design becomes theirs.
Bronte gift questions
Is Bronte the same as the Brontë sisters' name?
They're spelled differently in common use. The suburb in Sydney is Bronte, and the famous authors are the Brontë sisters with the diaeresis. Check which one your recipient would connect with before you order.
Can I add a street or a surf club to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the street, club or year there and the preview will update so you can check how it sits.
Which product is best for a gift?
It depends on the person. Hoodies suit cooler weather and beach walks, mugs suit daily use, and tees suit most everyday wear.
What sizes do the bronte shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Bronte gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
