Picking a gift for a building attendant
A building attendant keeps a place running that most people never think about. They're up before the tenants, checking the lobby, the boiler room and the trash area, answering the call when a door sticks or a light goes out, and often knowing every resident by name. It's a job of early starts, long hours on your feet and a lot of quiet competence. The gifts that land best acknowledge that steady work. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the cold basement rounds, a mug that's clearly theirs so it survives the break room. Put their name on it, or the building or complex they look after, and it becomes a personal thank-you rather than a generic one. If you're buying for a whole maintenance crew or a building staff, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a warmer gift than a card passed around the office. A small handwritten note alongside it helps too, especially if you mention something specific they did for you.
Building Attendant gift questions
Can I add the building name or their name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line you can use for a name, a building or a complex. Type it in and the live preview will show you how it looks before you order.
Is there a design for a building attendant on a kids shirt or onesie?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for this word. They're a fun choice if the attendant's family wants to show their pride too.
Can I order for a whole building staff at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste the names of everyone on the crew, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the building attendant shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a building attendant gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
