Picking a gift for a building maintenance manager
Building maintenance managers are the people who get the phone call at two in the morning when the boiler quits or a pipe bursts, and the reason the rest of the building keeps running on ordinary days. They juggle work orders, vendor contractors, preventive maintenance schedules and a long list of tenants who all think their problem is the urgent one. A gift that acknowledges that job lands well: a tee they can wear under a jacket on a cold site walk, a hoodie for the chilly mechanical room, or a mug for the office where the coffee gets made between calls. Make it theirs by adding their name or the name of the property they look after, so the gift reads as recognition of their work rather than a generic job shirt. Many designs have a second line for exactly that kind of detail.
Building Maintenance Manager gift questions
Can I add a company or property name to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type the building, company or property name there. The live preview shows how it will look before you order.
Is there a kids or baby version of this design?
Some designs come in kids and baby sizes. Use the product filter on the page to see which ones are available for this title.
What if their title is slightly different, like facilities manager?
You can type any title into the text box. Many shoppers use the exact wording on their badge or business card so the shirt matches what the recipient actually calls their job.
What sizes do the building maintenance manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a building maintenance manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
