Picking a gift for a building superintendent
A building superintendent is the person who gets the call at 2 a.m. when the boiler quits, the elevator sticks or a pipe lets go in a unit nobody else wants to deal with. They know every mechanical room, every key on the ring and which tenant's radiator runs hot. Their day is usually a mix of repairs, inspections, vendor calls and walking the halls, often with a tool belt on and a radio clipped to it. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic work shirt. A hoodie is useful for the cold basement and the rooftop in February. A mug on the desk in the super's office is the one thing that's always theirs. Adding the building name or address, or a line such as Super or Maintenance, makes it specific to the job they actually do. If you're buying for a whole maintenance crew or property team, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop is an easy way to say you noticed the work.
Building Superintendent gift questions
Can I add the building name or address to the design?
