Gifts for Business Continuity Managers

Picking a gift for a business continuity manager

Business continuity managers are the people who plan for the day everything goes wrong: the data center floods, the main office loses power, a vendor disappears overnight. Most of their work is quiet preparation that nobody notices until something breaks, so a gift that acknowledges the job's odd rhythm tends to land well. They often spend long stretches writing plans, running tabletop exercises and chasing down contact lists at odd hours, which makes a comfortable hoodie a good fit for cold conference rooms and late-night updates. A mug with their name on it suits the desk where the binders pile up. Add their title or their team name to the design so it reads as their job, not a generic office joke. If you want something they'll show coworkers, a tee with the title on the front and a second line for their company's department or their own name feels personal without being fussy.
