Gifts from Calwa
Calwa is a small unincorporated community in Fresno County, California, a neighborhood that most people outside the Central Valley have never heard of. The people who call it home tend to be proud of that, the kind of place where everybody knows the family that runs the corner store and where the hometown feeling sticks around long after they move. A shirt or mug with Calwa on it is a way of saying where you're from when the rest of the world asks, and it gives the person who left something to wear back to the neighborhood. Because the name is uncommon, a design is also a conversation starter. Add a year, a street or a nickname in the second line to make it personal. For someone who grew up there and now lives somewhere else, a Calwa hoodie for a cold morning or a mug for the first coffee of the day brings the place back in a small, everyday way.
Calwa gift questions
Is Calwa a city?
Calwa is a small unincorporated community in Fresno County, California, not a formal city. Designs use the name as the customer types it, so the word works the same way on any product.
Can I add a street or a year to the design?
Many designs have a second line. Type the street, year or nickname there and check the preview before you order.
What's a good gift for someone who grew up in Calwa?
A mug or tee is a simple choice. If you want something they'll wear on the way back home, a hoodie works well for a visit in cooler weather.
What sizes do the calwa shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Calwa gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
