Gifts from Camarillo
Camarillo is a city in Ventura County, a short drive up the coast from Oxnard and Thousand Oaks, with a Mission Revival downtown and a lot of people who moved there for the weather and the schools. Someone from Camarillo tends to carry it with them, whether they grew up on the north side near the airport or came in as a transplant from the Valley. A Camarillo shirt says home without needing a story. For a longtime local, it's a light tee for summer and a hoodie for the cool mornings the coast brings. For someone who moved away, a mug on the desk is a small daily reminder. If you're choosing a design, look at the second line on each one and type in a neighborhood, a street, or the year they moved in. That turns a city name into their city.
