Gifts from Cantua Creek
Cantua Creek is a small farming community in Fresno County, California, in the San Joaquin Valley. Someone who grew up there, or whose family still farms or lives in that area, will likely light up at seeing their hometown on a shirt, since a place that small rarely shows up on merchandise. A tee or hoodie with Cantua Creek is a way to wear where they're from when they're far away, and it works as a conversation starter for anyone who's never heard of it. For the homesick transplant, a mug with the town name is a daily nod to home. If you know a detail about the place, a street, a school, the year they moved away, put it on the second line and the shirt becomes theirs. Many designs have space for that kind of line, so check the preview before you order.
