Gifts from Capitol
Capitol is a word that can mean a state capital, the building where lawmakers meet, or a city people are proud of for its own reasons. Someone who loves Capitol is probably a native who never stopped claiming the town, a student who landed there for school, or a worker who built a career there and feels rooted in it. A shirt or mug with the word on it is a quick way to say where they belong. Capitol gear works well for anyone who spends time at the government center downtown, for a local who wears their hometown everywhere, or for a transplant who wants a daily reminder of the place they now call home. Add a neighborhood, a year they moved in, or a favorite local detail on the second line and the design stops being a generic souvenir and becomes their own.
Capitol gift questions
Can I add a second line to a Capitol design?
Many designs include a second line for a neighborhood, a year, or a short phrase. Type it into the text box and the live preview will show how it sits under the main word before you order.
Are there Capitol designs for kids?
Yes. Kids tees and dark kids tees are available in Capitol designs, along with baby onesies in a smaller selection.
Which product is best for someone who moved to Capitol recently?
A mug or tee is a good choice because it is easy to use every day. Adding the year they moved there gives it a personal touch.
Can I order for a whole group at once?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste the list of names and choose a size for each person, and every shirt will carry its own name.
What sizes do the capitol shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a Capitol gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
Capitol gift ideas
- A tee with their own detailUse the second line for a neighborhood or the year they arrived, so the shirt reflects their story rather than the city alone.
- A hoodie for cold morningsCapitol on a hoodie works well for someone who commutes or walks around town in the cooler months.
- A mug for the morning routineAn 11oz mug puts the word in front of them every day, a nice pick for a coworker or a friend who talks about the city constantly.
- Matching shirts for a groupIf several people share the connection, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and list everyone's name, with each person choosing their own size.
