Picking a gift for a cargo mate
A cargo mate works in the belly of a ship or on the deck, keeping track of what's loaded, where it's stowed and whether it's safe to sail. The job is long hours on the water, early mornings at the dock, and a lot of time spent with a clipboard in hand and a radio on the belt. A gift that acknowledges that life lands better than a generic work shirt. Put the word on a tee or hoodie they can wear off the ship, or a mug for the galley or the kitchen at home after a long voyage. Add their name or vessel name on the second line if the design allows it, and it becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you pick one design and paste every name, so each person gets a shirt with their own name printed on it.
Cargo Mate gift questions
Can I add a vessel name or a name under cargo mate?
Many designs have a second line. Type the vessel name, their name or a company line there, and the preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Can I order shirts for a whole crew?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Is there a version for kids or a baby onesie?
Kids tees and a baby onesie are available for this word, which is handy for a family member who sails or is proud of someone who does.
What sizes do the cargo mate shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a cargo mate gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
