Picking a gift for a cat scan tech
A CT tech spends the day positioning patients on a narrow table, starting scans on a console, and keeping anxious people calm while the gantry hums around them. Most of that work happens in a dim room, often on overnight or weekend shifts, and it rarely gets much recognition outside the department. A gift that shows you know what the job involves tends to land well. A soft tee for the drive home after a long shift, a hoodie for the chilly reading room, or a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't wander off to the nurses' station. Put the words cat scan tech on the front, and add the hospital unit, their name, or the credential they earned, such as ARRT or their state license, if it applies. Then it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes theirs. Graduation from a radiologic technology program is a natural occasion, and so is a new job, or Radiologic Technology Week, which is held in November.
Cat Scan Tech gift questions
Can I add a credential like ARRT to the shirt?
Yes. Type it into the text box, either after their name or on its own line. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before ordering.
When is Radiologic Technology Week?
It's held in November each year, which is a good time to order if you want a gift in time for the occasion.
Can I order shirts for my whole imaging department?
Yes. Use the Team Shop to choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the cat scan tech shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a cat scan tech gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
