Picking a gift for a category director
A category director usually sits between the buyers, the merchandising team and the numbers, deciding what goes on the shelf, at what price and in what quantity. Their days tend to be full of spreadsheets, sell-through reports and long review meetings, and the people who do the job well often carry a quiet pride in knowing exactly what a category needs. A gift that fits that life should feel like it was made for their desk or their commute. A mug for the morning coffee they review plans over, or a hoodie for the flight to the next vendor meeting, works well. Add their own name or a second line with their team or company tag, if you have it, and the piece becomes theirs rather than a generic title joke. Category directors also appreciate a bit of humor about the job, so a tee that calls out the title plainly can land better than anything sentimental.
Category Director gift questions
Can I add a company name or team under the title?
Yes. Most designs have a second line, so you can type a team, department or company name there and check the spacing in the preview.
Is there a version for kids or babies?
Yes, a few designs come as kids tees and one comes as a baby onesie, though the choice is smaller than for adult shirts.
Can I order matching shirts for a whole category team?
Yes. Choose one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names, and pick a size for each person.
What sizes do the category director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a category director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
