Gifts from Catharpin
Catharpin is a small, unincorporated community in Virginia's Prince William County, the kind of place where people know each other and the local roads have names everyone uses. Someone who grew up there, or who has moved away and still says they're from Catharpin, will feel the difference between a generic Virginia shirt and one that names their actual home. That's what makes this gift land: it's specific. Pick a design that shows the place name clearly, then use the second line for something that ties it to them, like the year they left, a family name, or the year they graduated from a local school. For the person who's far from home, a mug on the desk or a hoodie for the first cold winter somewhere else can be a small reminder of where they started.
