Gifts from Cedar Park
Cedar Park is a suburb north of Austin, and the people who call it home tend to be proud of it in a low-key way: the trails, the lakes, the drive into the city and back. A shirt with Cedar Park on it works for someone who's lived there for decades, someone who moved in for the schools, or a teen who's just started to appreciate where they grew up. It's also the kind of gift that gets worn on local errands, not only on trips. The people who get the most out of a Cedar Park shirt are usually the ones who've spent years at the same grocery store, ballfields and bakery. Add a neighborhood, a street or the year they moved in on the second line, and it turns a town name into something that's theirs. For a relative who moved away, a Cedar Park mug is a small way to say you remember where they're from.
