Picking a gift for a change director
A change director usually sits in the middle of a messy project: they're the one who makes sure a new system, policy or way of working actually sticks once the launch emails stop. They spend their days in meetings with people who don't want to change, writing plans that get rewritten, and celebrating small wins nobody else notices. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic office item. A hoodie for the long stretch before go-live, a tee for the team retreat, or a mug for the desk where they draft the next rollout plan all say you see what they do. Add their name, or a line like Change Director or Change Lead, and it becomes theirs. If you're buying for the whole change team, one design with each person's name in the Team Shop is a simple way to mark the end of a hard project.
Change Director gift questions
Can I put a name and title on the same design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type their name on one line and Change Director on the other. The preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is change director a common title on these products?
Yes, the phrase works on tees, hoodies and mugs. If their title is slightly different, such as change manager or organizational change lead, type that in instead.
Can I order shirts for my whole change team?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What's a good gift for a change director who just finished a big project?
A hoodie or dark tee with their title and the project's end date works well. It marks the finish and gives them something they'll actually wear.
What sizes do the change director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a change director gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
