Picking a gift for a change management director
A change management director usually spends their days in meetings about meetings, trying to get people to adopt a new system without losing the ones who were happy with the old one. It's a job that asks for patience, a calm voice and a lot of tactful persuasion, and most of it goes unseen. A gift that acknowledges the role lands well, especially from someone who has watched them lead a rollout that went smoothly. The shirts and hoodies work for the video calls they'll take from home or the offsite workshops where they'd rather not be in a suit. A mug fits the desk, where the coffee is usually cold by the third status update. Add a second line for their company's name, their team or the year they took the role, and the design becomes theirs rather than a generic office joke.
Change Management Director gift questions
Can I shorten change management director to fit a design?
Many designs have a second line, so you can split the title across two lines or use an abbreviation like Change Mgmt Director. Check the preview to see how it sits on the product.
Can I add their name or team to the design?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a team or a year. Type it in and the preview updates before you order.
Is there a version of this for a whole change team?
Yes. The Team Shop prints one design for a group. Paste the names, pick a size for each person, and everyone gets a shirt with their own name.
What sizes do the change management director shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.

Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
