Picking a gift for a choker
A choker is a player who runs up a grip on a losing hand, leaves their stack too shallow at the wrong moment, or folds a winning hand in a panic. Whether the word is about a poker table, a basketball game or a coach's sideline, the nickname is usually earned the hard way, and the person who carries it tends to find the humor in it. A gift that leans into the joke tends to land best: a tee that says choker with the word playing up the sting, a mug for the morning after a bad session, or a hoodie for the next tournament run. Since the word is a profession-style label, you can also add a second line for a name or a home game, so the shirt feels like theirs rather than a generic gag. Because this is a teasing word, check it with the person first, especially if it's connected to a particular loss.
Choker gift questions
Is choker a good gift for someone who loves poker?
It can be, if they laugh at themselves. Many players enjoy the joke, but it's worth checking that they'd take it as affectionate teasing before you order.
Can I add their name or a table nickname?
Yes. Many designs have a second line, so you can type a name, a home game or a nickname under the main word.
Are there designs for kids or babies?
There are kids tees and a baby onesie for choker. Use the product filter on the page to see them.
Can I order shirts for a whole group?
Yes. Pick one design in the Team Shop, paste the names, and choose a size for each person.
What sizes do the choker shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a choker gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
