Picking a gift for a chronic manager
A chronic manager is the person who has been running the same team, the same shift or the same stubborn project longer than anyone expected, and somehow keeps the place standing. They know where the spare keys are, which vendor answers the phone, and how to talk a nervous report off the ledge before lunch. Gifts that land for this person tend to be the ones that acknowledge the long haul rather than pretend it is a fresh start. A soft tee for the weekend, a hoodie for the cold office or the drive in before dawn, a mug that says exactly what they are so the coffee room stops borrowing it. Put the word on the front and let the second line carry the detail that matters, like the team name, the floor, or the year they took over. The designs stay cheerful, and the recipient gets the sense that someone noticed what it takes to keep showing up.
Chronic Manager gift questions
Can I add a team name or year under chronic manager?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a year or a unit. Type it in and the preview will show you how it sits before you order.
Is this a good gift for a boss or for a coworker?
Either works. It reads as affectionate teasing, so it suits someone you know well. For a manager you are less close to, a plain mug or a tee with their name may feel safer.
Can I order shirts for a whole team?
Yes. Pick one design in the Team Shop, paste the list of names, and choose a size for each person. Every shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the chronic manager shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a chronic manager gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
