Picking a gift for a civil designer
Civil designers turn site plans, drainage studies and road alignments into the drawings that crews actually build from, and they often spend more time at a desk with a set of survey points than anywhere near a construction site. A gift for them should respect that. A soft tee for the drive to a job walk, a hoodie for the cold early-morning site meetings, or a mug that holds the coffee through a long afternoon of grading layouts will get used. Put civil designer on the front and add their firm's first initial or their specialty, such as stormwater or transportation, on the second line so it feels like theirs. Many designers also earn a professional engineering license, so if they hold one, write their credential there. If you're unsure what it's called, just say their credential and leave it at that.
Civil Designer gift questions
Can I add a credential like PE after the title?
Yes. Type it into the second line of the design. The live preview updates so you can check the spacing before you order.
Is there a design for a civil designer on kids clothing?
There are a few kids tee designs and one baby onesie option. Use the product filter to see which ones are available.
Can I put a specialty like stormwater or roads on the shirt?
Yes. The second line works well for a specialty, a firm name or a year, so you can make the shirt specific to what they do.
What sizes do the civil designer shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a civil designer gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
