Picking a gift for a collection representative
A collection representative spends the day on the phone and in inboxes, often hearing from people who are stressed about money, so the job asks for patience, tact, and a thick skin. Many of them work in call centers or field roles where the day is long and the breaks are short, which makes a comfortable tee, a warm hoodie for the cold office, or a mug that's clearly theirs more welcome than it might seem. The gifts that tend to land are the ones that acknowledge the work without making a joke of it. Put their job title on the front, and add their name, team, or the year they started on the second line. A shirt that says collection representative with their first name underneath feels like it was made for them. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nicer way to say thanks than another box of donuts.
Collection Representative gift questions
Can I add their name or team to a collection representative shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line for a name, a team, or a year. Type it in and the live preview will show you how it sits before you order.
Is there a good gift for someone who just started the job?
A tee or mug with their title and start year is a nice way to mark the first months. It's personal without being a big deal.
Can I order for a whole collections team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
What sizes do the collection representative shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a collection representative gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
