Picking a gift for a collections rep
Collections reps spend their days on the phone and in inboxes, chasing payments that are late and making the awkward follow-up call without losing their cool. It's a job where patience and a steady voice matter, and most of them are the first person a client hears from when a bill goes past due. A gift that acknowledges the grind lands well: a tee for the drive into the office, a hoodie for the chilly floor where the headset never comes off, or a mug for the coffee that gets them through the morning queue. Type their title into the text box, or add their team, region or start year on a second line, and the design becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole department, the Team Shop lets you choose one design and paste each person's name, so everyone gets a shirt with their own name on it.
Collections Rep gift questions
Can I add a company name or team name to the shirt?
Yes, many designs have a second line. Type the team, department or region there and check the preview before you order.
Is there a dark shirt option?
Yes. Collections rep is available as a dark T-shirt and a kids dark T-shirt, so you can pick the color that suits them.
What's a good gift for someone who just got promoted in collections?
A mug or hoodie with collections rep and their new team or title works well. It's useful every day and marks the step up.
Can I order for a whole collections team at once?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: pick one design, paste each person's name, and choose a size for each one.
What sizes do the collections rep shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a collections rep gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
If we print something different from the preview you approved, or it arrives damaged, we reprint it free.
