Picking a gift for a college instructor
A college instructor spends the semester grading essays, answering the same office-hours question for the fifth time, and keeping a lecture hall awake after lunch. Much of that work happens after the lights go off in the classroom, in the stack of papers on the kitchen table and the emails that come in late at night. A gift that acknowledges the job, rather than just the subject they teach, tends to land best. Put the word college instructor on a tee or hoodie they can wear to campus, or add the department or the course name on a second line so it's clearly theirs. A mug for the office is a small daily reminder that someone noticed the work. End-of-term and the holiday break are the moments when a thank-you gift carries the most weight, since that's when instructors are tired and grades are finally in. You can also order a few shirts through the Team Shop for a whole department and give everyone their own name on the same design.
College Instructor gift questions
Can I add the department or subject to the shirt?
Yes. Many designs have a second line where you can type the department, the subject or the college name. The preview updates as you type so you can check the spacing before you order.
When is a good time to order a gift for a college instructor?
Late spring and winter break are the most common times for thank-you gifts, since those are the end of the academic terms. Order a little early if you need it by a specific date.
Can I order shirts for a whole department?
Yes. Use the Team Shop: choose one design, paste a list of names, and pick a size for each person. Each shirt prints with its own name.
Are there designs for kids or babies of college instructors?
Yes. There are kids tees, dark kids tees and a baby onesie design for this word, so you can match the family if you want to.
What sizes do the college instructor shirts come in?
Adult tees come in S to 3XL. Hoodies, kids tees and onesies list their own sizes on each product page.
How long does a college instructor gift take to arrive?
Each order is printed after you place it, in 2 to 4 business days, then ships by ground in 3 to 5 business days. The product page shows the delivery window for today's orders.
What if the print has a mistake?
